Today the dear Joungseon Sona Kim presents us with a dish, more precisely a Korean soup, made with ox bones mostly the leg bones and other cuts of meat, which Koreans love to eat piping hot even in summer. This dish has been handed down from the Joseon dynasty, if not even in the Goreyo period, the milky and whitish appearance of the soup makes it unique in its kind.
Korean cuisine to be tried and tasted and discovered told and explained by watching the step-by-step video recipes of our dearest and very sweet friend Sona.

During a Kotalia live broadcast which, like every Thursday at 2.00 pm, is opened on our Tik Tok channel @kotalia.it where we chat about Korea, with Pietro Kim, Rosamaria Caiazza Fabiana Andreozzi and Paola Pelissa, we talked about the Korean dish Soulleung-Tang and our dear Sona prepared this video recipe to explain how to cook one of the most loved soups in Korea.
We leave you to watch this delicious dish and let us know if you have ever eaten it and if you intend to try it following Chef Sona's advice and if you haven't done so yet, run and follow her, click on the notification bell and subscribe to her channel Sona's cooking!
GOOD VISION!
